Julie was born and raised in Texas. She and her family became members of the St. Jude Parish in 2005 where they all later volunteered for the Spanish choir. Julie has also shared her time volunteering for the Children's Nursery, as an Elementary Catechist, and assisting Youth & High School Faith Formation activities.

She has been a part of the St. Jude staff since 2011, where she held titles as the Receptionist and the Safe Environment Coordinator.

Julie holds a bachelor's degree in education and pursued her teaching career in 2020 with the district of Mansfield.

She now keeps busy with her family and is currently at St. Jude as the Parish Bookkeeper.
