Please share with us your Anniversary Month and Year and we will send you and your spouse Anniversary Blessings in the Parish Bulletin during your Anniversary Month.

We would like to share your First and Last names and how many years you have been married.

You will need to submit your information each year and no later than the 15th of the month before your Anniversary 

*We will not keep your information from year to year.
