St. Jude's Elementary Faith Formation program strives to accompany you in guiding your children to grow in their relationship with Jesus and to learn about the beautiful teachings of the Catholic faith.

Students in grades Kinder-5th are invited to register for Elementary Faith Formation.

Registration will be closed on September 1, 2023.

1st and 2nd grade students are encouraged to join the Sacrament Preparation class for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

Cost is $100 per student.

Sacrament Preparation

Typically, students begin preparation for their First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion while in 1st grade and continue on to receive the sacraments in the spring of their 2nd grade year. However, if students have not received their First Communion by the 4th grade, they will be placed in RCIA adapted for children (more information below)

REQUIREMENTS

• Weekly Sunday Mass attendance
• Students must be at least 7 years old by the time they receive the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion.
• Students must be in 2 consecutive years of Faith Formation classes to receive their sacraments.
• A copy of the student's Baptismal certificate is required to register for classes. This should be uploaded when registering for class online.
