Please Note:
To be able to receive the Quinceanera Blessings it is required to be enrolled in Faith Formation two years prior to the date of the Quinceanera.
- Read the guidelines above, print page 10 and 11 and provide a copy to the parish office.
- A copy of Baptism, First Eucharist Certificate and Faith Formation Registration Form must be provided
- The date of the Reservation will be set when the first deposit is done.

- Se debe proporcionar una copia del Certificado de Bautismo, Primera Comunión y el Formulario de registro de formación de fe
