Deacon Jose was born in Mexico and raised in El Paso, Texas from early childhood. Married to his wife, Patricia for 39 years. They have two grown children and three grand children. Was ordained a Deacon by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth on September 26, 2009.
